Peacefully, surrounded by her loving family in the care of the nurses and staff at North West Hospice. Stephanie, predeceased by her father Stephen and cousins Sarah and Tom. Loving daughter of Maura and dear sister of Caroline, Kieran, Fiona and Niall.
She will be sadly missed by her mother, sisters, brothers, brother-in-law Gautham, sisters-in-law Leonie and Tonya, nieces and nephews Sashi, Sandy, Theju, Cian, Darragh, Nathan, Evin, Rhiannon, Olwyn, Aoife, Daniel and Lochlan, relatives and her large circle of close friends.

Reposing at The Foley and McGowan Funeral Home, Market Yard, Sligo on Tuesday evening from 5:00pm with removal at 7:00pm to arrive at The Church of The Assumption, Collooney at 7:30pm. Requiem mass will take place at 12:00pm on Wednesday. Cremation Service will take place at Shannon Crematorium on Thursday at 2pm.

I am so sorry to hear of the death of Stephanie. She was a great friend of mine for many years, such a good natured person. She got her 1st dog when we lived together in Letterkenny, who ate all the netting and heals of our shoes. I remember the dog going missing and we searched the town for hours, and guess what it was in the house opposite with some of the guys from college that we were friends with. So many good times with Stephanie growing up. Mrs Walsh – raiding the chocolate biscuits in your kitchen over many cups of tea. So many nice memories of Stephanie. I will miss her like so many other people. I am thinking of you all at this terrible time.
Finally you are free of all pain and worries and you will be missed and remembered as you were in happier times,loving and showing your dogs ,travelling and judging .

Am so sorry to hear Stephaine has left us, hopefully for a bigger better and brighter place. She was one of the first people i met when we started showing out Irish water spaniel. She was a mind of information , help and advice. Always pleasant and courteous and never made you feel silly if it all went wrong on the day

many of us were better off from knowing Steph who was always generous sharing her wealth of knowledge. She was where our love for american cocker spaniels came from our go to person when we were showing, often finishing the dogs for us. Enjoyed all our laughs, travels, showing and socialising over the years, will miss you but have great memories. Rest easy dear friend.

We have been knowing Stephanie since our first visit to Ireland in 2002. We relish our fond memories about her as a friendly, warm and cheerful personality.
