The death has occurred peacefully of Patrick (Paddy) McNamara at his home.
Predeceased by his wife Helen and sister Noel.
He will be sadly missed by his sisters Maeve, Nono and Carmel, brother Frank, brother-in-law Brendan, sister-in-law Patricia, nephews Alan and David, niece Jill, his good neighbours and numerous friends.

A Celebration of Paddy’s Life will take place on Tuesday 4th March at 2:00pm at The Foley and McGowan Funeral Home, Market Yard, Sligo (F91YR61). A private cremation will take place after.

I was so sorry to miss Paddy’s celebration of life due to work commitments. Paddy was always great company and great pleasure to meet. May he RIP.
Sorry to hear of Paddy’s passing a real gentleman and our neighbour on the strandhill road for many years. I remember when he brought a chimpanzee back for Helen , the chimp went awol and there was a major neighbourhood search for it , eventually found hiding in the curtains
