Peacefully, in her 97th year, in the loving care of the doctors, nurses and staff of the North West Hospice, Sligo. Maura, predeceased by her adored husband Tom (Stepaside, Dublin). Dear mother of Damien (Sligo), Francis (Kenmare), Catherine (Kate)(Dublin), Susan (Sligo) and John (Kenmare). Sadly missed by her sons, daughters, her adored eleven grandchildren, in-laws, close cousins, superb neighbours and wide circle of friends in Ireland and abroad. Deo gratias. 

Reposing at The Foley and McGowan Funeral Home, Market Yard, Sligo (F91 YR61) on Saturday evening from 5:00pm to 7:00pm. Funeral will arrive to St. John`s Church, Carraroe, Sligo on Sunday for Requiem mass at 2:00pm, followed by burial in Sligo Cemetery.
