She will be sadly missed by her sons, daughters, daughters-in-law Veronica, Alex and Sandra, son-in-law Brendan Gormley, grandchildren Laura, Ryan, Sarah, Emma, Ross, Aoife, Dylan and Hannah, great-grandchildren Arlen and Esmé, brother John, sisters Margaret Stuart, Phil Ward and Geraldine Cassidy, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.
Rest in Peace
Reposing at her residence (F91A0P1) on Friday 11th April from 5:00pm to 8:00pm. Funeral will arrive to St. Anne’s Church, Sligo on Saturday 12th April at 11:00am for Requiem mass with funeral proceeding to Sligo Cemetery for burial after.

I am very sorry to hear of the sad loss of Mary. I will always remember her lovely warm smile and generosity at the numerous dinner dances I attended in Jurys many years ago. My sincere condolences to all the family. Ar dheis Dé go raibh a hanam.
I have so many lovely memories of Aunty Mary (and Uncle Freddie). She was the best feeder I’ve ever met! You would never go hungry in her presence. She always blew me away with her luck on the Fruit Machines at Standhill! She always insisted on giving us all handfuls of cash after her big wins.
She was so kind and funny. She always had time for us as kids and looked out for us.
I’m gutted I can’t be in Sligo today for her funeral but dad and I will be watching from home.
