Peacefully, in the exceptional care of the nurses, carers and staff at Summerville Nursing Home, Strandhill, Co. Sligo.  Peggy, (formerly of Castleore, Ballintogher, Co. Sligo and Adelaide Street, Sligo), predeceased by her  husband John, her sister Mary (Sr. Labouré) and her brothers Michael and Jarlath.  

Deeply regretted and sadly missed by her sister Una and brother-in-law Paddy Gallagher (Ballymote), sister-in-law Olive Whelan (Sligo), her nieces and nephews Ann Marie, Brian, Gráinne, Stephen, Fintan, Paul, Enda, John and Michael, her grand-nephews, grand-nieces, relatives, friends and neighbours.

Funeral cortège will leave The Foley and McGowan Funeral Home, Market Yard, Sligo, on Saturday afternoon at 1:15pm to arrive at The Cathedral of The Immaculate Conception, Sligo, for 1:30pm Requiem Mass with funeral proceeding to Killery Graveyard, Ballintogher, Co. Sligo after.

Due to Government restrictions and HSE guidelines, Peggy’s funeral Mass will be private for family only.
