Peacefully at the Nazareth Nursing Home, Sligo. Beloved husband of the late Peggy and dear father of Jean Hefferon (Dublin), Mary Doherty ( Dublin ), Margaret Murray ( Dublin ), Kay Mc Gee ( Sligo ), Tom Doherty ( Dublin ), Mick Doherty ( Grange ), Geraldine Mrad ( Ballymote ), Teresa Dalton  ( Bundoran ), and Martina Sheridan ( USA ). 

Sadly missed by his sons, daughters, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives aand friends. 

Rest-in-Peace. 

Reposing at the Foley & Mc Gowan funeral home, Market Yard, Sligo on Tuesday from 5-30pm with removal at 7-00pm to St. John`s Church, Carraroe arriving at 7-30pm. Mass of the Ressurrection on Wednesday at 11-00am with funeral proceeding to Sligo Cemetery afterwards.
