Peacefully, at Sligo University Hospital. Irene, beloved wife of Desmond and dear mother of Karen and Paul. Sadly missed by her husband, son, daughter, brothers Michael, Martin and Stephen, sisters Una, Nell and Anne, in-laws, grandchildren Amanda, Daniel, Fawn, Dillan and Lilly, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends. Rest in peace.

A celebration of Irene’s life will take place on Tuesday at 11:30am at The Foley and McGowan Funeral Home, Market Yard, Sligo with funeral proceeding to Skreen Cemetery.
