I extend my sympathy and prayers to Fr Sean’s family and confreres. I used to visit him several years ago for spiritual direction and he always had some pearl of wisdom for me to take away. May Our Lady, St Joseph and St Dominic intercede for the happy repose of his soul. I will offer Mass for Fr Sean. May he rest in peace. Amen.

I know I am late………but……….
Fr Sean was one of the finest types of the traditional Catholic priest I have ever met. I will always treasure and remember the meetings I had with him when I lived in Ireland — even when he told me that my trouble was that I “was a Brit”. He was good, kind, interesting and saintly. I went to his Mass twice and it shook me – I felt that I was really in the presence of the Holy. That’s true of every Mass, I know, but at his Mass it seemed special and the same was true of Confession with him. May he rest in peace.
