Peacefully at Riddle Memorial Hospital, Pennsylvania. Declan, predeceased by his parents James and Sheila Willis.  sadly missed by his wife Ger, son Jamie and daughter Katie, siblings Deirdre (Pennsylvania), Sheelagh (Westport), Seamus (Collooney), brothers and sisters in law Dave, Gus, Caren  and Kate, nieces, nephews, relatives and a wide circle of friends. May he rest in peace.
